Rudolph F. Pierce

Rudolph F. Pierce was a director until retired in the Goulston & Storrs firm's Boston office. Mr. Pierce had over 30 years of experience focusing on litigation matters including business litigation, white collar defense and construction litigation. He was often called upon to serve as an arbitrator and mediator at the request of private counsel and for organizations such as AAA and Council for Public Resources. Mr. Pierce is a former justice of the Massachusetts Superior Court and a former Federal Magistrate for the District Court of Massachusetts. He is a former President of the Boston bar Association. Mr. Pierce was also a member of the Board of Trustees of Boston Children's Hospital and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. He served also as Chairman of the Board of Directors at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and was a former Chairman of the Board of Governors of the New England Aquarium. He taught trial advocacy at Harvard Law School and at Boston College Law School.
