The New Rules for E-Discovery -- What Do They Impact?

(1.0 CLE) On December 1, 2015 substantial changes were made in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure that relate to the discovery of electronically stored information. This discussion will relate to the actual rule changes and how they are impacting both the practice of e-discovery law and the various Court’s responses to the changes.
