How Can You Defend Those People?

Friday February 3rd, 2017 - 11:10 AM
(1.0 CLE) Criminal defense lawyers, whether public defenders or private lawyers, get asked, “How can you defend those people?” so often that many of them know it as “The Question.” In this session, a familiar criminal defense lawyer, with three decades of experience defending the accused as both a private lawyer and a federal public defender, explores that question and its premises. Many lawyers, regardless of their practice area, may discover here the hidden “defender” within them.
